Project REBUILD & the Downtown Canton/Summit Neighborhood Community Garden
Since 2012, Project REBUILD has proudly served as the Garden Coordinator for the Downtown Canton Community Garden, located at High & 5th Streets NW. This vibrant community space offers local residents the opportunity to grow their own fresh produce, flowers, and plants.
Youth Involvement
Our young people play a key role in the garden. They plant, care for, and harvest their own vegetables, gaining hands-on experience and learning valuable skills.
Maintaining the Space
We’re dedicated to keeping the garden in great shape. This means regular mowing, trimming, and repairing garden boxes to ensure it’s a welcoming space for everyone.
Educational and Community Events
We host various events and workshops that bring neighbors together and offer fun, educational experiences. From harvest festivals to garden tours, there’s always something happening in the garden.

The Garden
The garden is more than just a green space—it’s a place where people come together to learn, grow, and connect.
- Plot Details: Garden plots are approximately 9′ x 9′ in size and are available for just $10 each.
- Garden Agreement: Agreements are in effect from April 1st to March 31st of each year.
How to Get Involved
We’d love for you to be part of our garden community! Whether you want to volunteer, join a workshop, or just stop by and enjoy the garden, there’s always room for you.
- Existing Gardeners: If you already have a plot, you can renew your garden agreement by emailing info@projectrebuild.org.
