By partnering with local employers and post-secondary institutions, we help our members broaden their professional and educational networks. This includes:
- Job Shadowing and Internships: Hands-on experiences with local businesses that offer insight into various career paths and help build professional connections.
- Educational Partnerships: Collaborations with colleges and universities to provide exposure to higher education opportunities and resources.
Local Business Partnerships for Life Skills
We collaborate with local businesses to deliver practical life skills lessons, including:
- Financial Literacy: Workshops on budgeting, saving, and managing money to equip young people with essential financial skills.
- Mental Health: Resources and sessions focused on mental well-being, promoting resilience and a healthy support system.
How We Engage with the Community
Downtown Canton Community Garden
Since 2012, Project REBUILD has proudly served as the Garden Coordinator for the Downtown Canton Community Garden, located at High & 5th Streets NW. This vibrant community space offers local residents the opportunity to grow their own fresh produce, flowers, and plants.
