At Project REBUILD, we’re proud to offer the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) alongside our YouthBuild Greater Stark County program, designed to help young adults overcome barriers and achieve their education, career, and life goals.
This program integrates intensive case management with employment services to provide personalized support for youth and young adults ages 16-24
What We Offer
Through CCMEP, we connect participants to a range of resources and services tailored to their individual needs:
Education Support
Guidance to complete your high school diploma, as well as access to vocational training.
Career Pathways
Hands-on experience, job training, and work-based learning opportunities in high-demand fields.
Supportive Services
Assistance with transportation, childcare, and other needs to ensure that participants can focus on their goals.
One-on-One Case Management
A dedicated case manager works closely with each participant to develop a customized plan for success, providing ongoing support and guidance.
